Safe Water Bottles available here!!
On 24th September, 2009, a story featured on Today Tonight described concerns with the presence of Bisphenol-A in baby bottles and food and beverage containers. As this chemical is an endocrine disruptor which mimics oestrogen, it has been found to be associated with numerous health problems. While selected products, including baby bottles and water bottles, which are made from bispshenol-A have been banned in some countries, they are still freely available in Australia.

Building Wellness have a range of water bottles which have been made without the use of bisphenol-A, plasticisers, phthalates and other chemicals which may leach into drinking water.

Our plastic bottles are made from either polyethylene or polypropylene, while the stainless steel bottles are free of both aluminium and plastic linings. The caps of the stainless steel bottles are made from polypropylene.

The plastic bottles include 400ml, 700ml and 800ml sizes, while the stainless steel range includes 450ml and 750ml sizes, as well as a sippy cup.

For details of our safe bottles can be found in our on-line shop .
