Pre-purchase and pre-lease building inspections of Buildings and Vacant Land

Pre purchase A pre-purchase or pre-lease inspection will increase the likelihood of getting a home or business premises that supports your health and that of the other building occupants.

A complete building inspection consists of electromagnetic field testing , radio frequency testing , moisture and mould detection , indoor air quality testing and geomantic assessment of the prospective property (specialised mould and air sampling and geomantic remediation are excluded, unless specifically requested). Alternatively, you may limit the inspection to those tests which address specific concerns.

Although it does not yet support a built environment, vacant land can be subjected to electromagnetic field (EMF) and radio frequency (RF) hazards from structures on neighbouring blocks and to geopathic stress from negative energies present in it’s own space. Such hazards may adversely affect the health of occupants of any building erected on the property.

Pre-purchase or pre-lease testing involving EMF and FR testing and geomancy will identify any such hazards that are present and provide recommended solutions to enable an enlightened decision to be made regarding interest in the site.

You may elect to have a complete inspection, comprising electromagnetic field testing , radio frequency testing and geomantic assessment (excluding body voltage measurements and geomantic remediation), performed on vacant land. Alternatively, you can limit inspections to those tests which address specific concerns.
