About Us

Building Wellness is a building biology consultancy which specialises in identifying and recommending solutions for potential health hazards that exist in homes and workplaces. We aim to empower people to build healthier lives by providing them with the knowledge they need to create healthier indoor environments.

Our home and workplace assessments are performed using professional equipment and all recommendations are based on building biology principles. We provide the easiest and most cost-effective solutions possible.

While we are Melbourne-based, we work Australia-wide and regularly conduct building biology assessments in Brisbane. We also speak on building biology-related topics and write articles for newsletters, newspapers, magazines and journals.

Hint of the Week
  • Reducing mobile phone radiation exposure in cars

To reduce radio frequency exposure when using a mobile phone in a vehicle, ensure that the vehicle is fitted with an external antenna.  If there is no antenna, the phone signals bounce around the inside of the vehicle, exposing the occupants to increased levels of radiation.
